Everyone should live the life that the Lord gave him when God called him. This is the guideline I use in every church. All people should stay as they were when they were called. You were bought for a price. Don’t become anyone’s slaves…you should remain in whatever circumstances you were in when God called you. God is with you in those circumstances. (1 Corinthians 7:17, 20, 23, 24 GWT)
A godly life brings huge profits to people who are content with what they have. (1 Timothy 6:6 GW)
We need to resist the media’s onslaught of greed and discontent, and be content in the Lord.
